Registration Guidelines

Author Registration

  • A full author registration is required for each accepted paper to be included in the technical program and IEEE Xplore.
    • Only one author of each paper needs to register and the paper has to be presented during the conference to be included in IEEE Xplore 
    • Discounted registration categories, such as Student and Life Member rates, do not fulfill this requirement.
  • One full author registration covers one paper.
    • Authors with multiple accepted papers can register them at an additional fee of $375 per paper, up to a maximum of 3 papers.

  • Guest registration and additional paper add-ons are available. Please see the Registration Add-Ons section below

Region Tours

  • Region tours are separate from registration. Different tours are available, and pricing details can be reviewed at the bottom of the registration page after completing your registration.

Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted by email to the Registration Chair and are subject to approval by the Conference Chair. Refunds will be available until the early bird registration deadline, minus a processing fee and a non-refundable 3% credit card charge. After the early bird deadline, no refunds will be issued.

Each full author registration includes one paper. Additional paper add-ons can be purchased to a maximum of 3 papers per registration. If you require more than 3 papers, a new full registration must be paid for the subsequent papers.
