Author Instructions

Authors are invited to submit contributions for review and possible presentation at ANTEM 2025 on topics relevant to the symposium. Suggested topics and general information will be listed in the call for papers, and a step-by-step process for paper creation will be provided at a later date.

Submission Format

Authors submitting to ANTEM 2025 are required to format their contributions as IEEE summary papers, adhering to the IEEE standard two-column format. Submissions must be three pages in length, encompassing all text, references, and figures. The submitted papers must be in PDF format, created according to IEEE specifications. It is imperative that all fonts are embedded within the PDF file to meet IEEE Xplore requirements. The following page provides access to free LaTeX and MS Word templates (https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html).

Submission Process

Each paper submitted to ANTEM 2025 will undergo a review process, evaluated by at least three referees based on novelty, technical merit, and content. The designated contact author will receive an automated acknowledgment of the submission and will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their paper via email. Acceptance of a paper is contingent upon the requirement that one of the authors presents the paper at the conference. Detailed information regarding paper presentations will be provided at a later date.

Paper submissions for ANTEM 2025 will happen in two different stages:

  • Review stage: Version of the paper submitted for peer review
  • Final stage: Revised version of the paper incorporating changes made based on suggestions from the review stage.

STEPS TO CREATE YOUR PAPER FOR REVIEW STAGE:

  1. Prepare your paper using the above-mentioned submission format.
    • Note that with IEEE conferences, the author affiliation is listed under the author’s name, unlike IEEE transactions.
    • Do not add any page numbering, header or footer.
  2. Click the green button below to open the EDAS paper submission web page. You need to create a new account if you don’t have one before. After you log in, you can register and submit your paper following the EDAS guidelines.

Conference Proceedings

Accepted papers are planned to be included in the IEEE ANTEM 2025 Conference Proceedings and submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore and other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases. To ensure inclusion, at least one author of an accepted paper must register for the conference at the Author rate and present the paper virtually. IEEE reserves the right to exclude an accepted paper from IEEE Xplore if it is not presented at the conference.
